My Opinion:

I went into Mac to get the studio fix powder foundation but was persuaded by the SA to get the studio perfect. The SA told me that the studio perfect is less drying and more suitable for my skin type.

I came home and started to google about this product and found out that this powder is actually an Asia exclusive item.

I've never been a huge fan of powder foundation, because I don't like the powdery look, but whenever I need some extra coverage, I still like to use it to set my BB cream or tinted moisturizer.

I've been using this in conjunction with my BB cream nearly everyday for the past 2 weeks and have been very satisfied with the results, the powder is very smooth and it didn't settle into my pores and lines, it looks very natural on my skin.

Although I consider this a really good powder foundation, please note that it does not help with oil control, so I guess that I'll still need to get the studio fix powder when the weather gets warmer.

Mac Powder Blush

My Opinion:

I was going thru my blushes and found my first Mac Blush in the shade Angel (which has already been discontinued). I got it in 2008, back then I was still new to blushes, and had to ask the SA for assistance, I've told the lady that I needed a fool proof natural looking blush, this was recommended and has been sitting at the back of my drawer all these years....

This is a beautiful matte blush, but it won't show up on me. I'm about NC25 and I really need to build it up in order to see the color, but that way it just looks chalky.

My Opinion:

I know this might sound unbelievable, but this is actually my first Mac single eyeshadow. I don't usually wear shadows on a daily basis, and for most of the time I prefer to buy quads or pallettes. I got this on an impulse and have been loving it. I mainly use it for blending, and I think I might go back and get a few more basic/neutral shades from MAC (I have my eyes on brule, all that glitters and patina) .

My Opinion:

This eye pencil came with the Cham pale collection last December, and I think is a limited edition.

Although alot of people like to wear white liner in their waterline, I just find it too harsh and personally I prefer to wear flesh or pinkish liner. When I saw this on the store, I thought that it would be the perfect shade for my waterliner and inner corners, and since it was a LE, I've just grabbed 2 of those.

After using it for several weeks, I've found that the shade is really gorgeous (champange/pinkish shade), however I've finally realized that I do not like frosty finish on my water line. I guess that I'll stick with my Benefit Eye Bright.

My Opinion:

I've recently finished this product and was going to include it in my finished products article and noticed that I've never reviewed about this product... I can't imagine why I didn't do it because I have been using it nearly everyday for a whole year, and this is definetly a favorite item.

Well I was having a problem in classifying this as a finishing powder or foundation, because I've used it for both purpose. On my good skin days, I like to use this alone as a foundation and on my bad skin days I like to use it as a setting powder because it provides extra coverage.

I got this in Medium Dark as well, because since it has a matte finish, I like to use it as a bronzer or contour during the winter days. As you can see this is a very versatile product that you can use it for several purpose, so definetly worth it ( I always have a back up of this in my drawer....)

My Opinion:

The weather is getting really warm, and none of my usual foundation is working (everyday by 11AM I was all oily), so I've started to try out new foundations hoping to find one that will work for the warm summer weather.

I've started with this one, because I read some raves about it, but was really dissapointed, I was still all greasy by 11 after using it....and even with a primer underneath it didn't help. I've just noticed that I don't seem to get along with Mac foundation....
