My Opinion:

 

I never though that I would like a sheer lip gloss this much, ok this is not exactly sheer, because it has tones of ligh reflecting particles and it made my lips look really pouty.

 

I've started to use this on top of my lipstick, and I usually only apply it in the center of my bottom lips, the result was ok, but nothing to rave about.

 

Since I've got really pigmented lips, I don't usually like to wear nude lips, but recently I've watched a youtube video, where I've learned to dab some concealer over my lips to nude out my natural shade and to top it with a sheer lipgloss. I was amazed by the results ( I never though nude lips would work for me), it looked amazing, and if you have pigmented lips like mine, you really have to try it out.

My Opinion:

Since I got them, I've been obsessed with these stains, although they feel like a gloss (glossy finish) they are actually a very pigmented lip stain.

The gloss on top will rub off, but the stain stays for the whole day, I'm definetly going to get more of these.

Only complain, the color runs darker on your lips, can't rely on swatches.

It's been a while since I've updated my blog, and in the meantime, I've been tidying my drawers and rediscovered several "new" items. Revlon Lip Sheen Gloss was one of the items that I've found at the back of the drawer, and look what happened.....
It has turned into a weird shade and it smells gross (I'm 99% sure that it has gone bad....)

My Opinion:
This is the older version of the Sweet Lip Gloss, the new version comes with a metallic top.

Whenever I see these 2 tubes of lip glosses I always wonder If I was mad to pay HKD$300 for it....
I mean I don't usually pay that much for a lipgloss, I've always gone for drugstore brands, and my favorite are NYX and revlon.

OK, back to Shu Uemura, I actually thought that these glosses were really good, they are very shiny but not sticky at all. They last longer than my nyx glosses, but unfortunatley I don't like the applicator, I prefer glosses in a wand.

According to the colour zone webpages:

Fine texture with a long-lasting gloss. The gelatin ingredients prevent stickiness and smudging, and the brilliant fruit colours make your lips as luscious and juicy as fresh fruit pastilles.

The crytal shine series has a sheer finish, while the fruit juice series is more opaque. Considering it's price this is not a bad product, but don't believe it when the company says it isn't sticky because it is, and it has very low staying power, I had to reapply it all the time, but since it has this fruity scent that i love, I don't mind reapplying it.

This gloss isn't really one of my favorites, I would much prefer maybelline or nyx.
