Mac Wonder Woman Powder Blush

Contents: 11g (0.38 us oz)
Shade: Mighty Aphodite

My Opinion:

The Mac Wonder Women Collection came out in Spring 2011, and although I wasn't in love with the color, I had to get it because of the packaging.

Since I've toss a bunch of skincare and makeup products recently, I've decided to stop buying any makeup products and start shopping my stash.

Honestly, the two shades in this blush didn't really show up on my skin tone, and in order to make it work, I've been applying this on top of Mac Just a Pinch Gel Blush and I've really liked the result. I've been using this combo nearly everyday for the last month.

My Opinion:

I found this in my drawer and don't remember when I got it, but after some googling found out that it was a MAC limited edition back at 2009.

I've recently rediscover it, and have been using it every single day for the past month, and for your information I'm someone that likes to use a different blush everyday.

This shade gave me the most natural flush and since it has gel texture it feels really light on the skin. What am I going to do when I run out of this......

My Opinion:

This is call Maybelline Mineral Power Natural Perfecting Concealer in the States, although different names, still the same product.

Honestly I don't really need any more concealers, but unfortunately these were being discounted at my local Watsons, and I'm just unable to say no to a concealer that I've never tried.....

I've read lots of reviews comparing this with the Mac Select MoistureCover, and after trying both products, I would say that this is a pretty good dupe. Their texture and pigmentation are nearly the same, and the only difference that I've noticed is that MAC has got a larger shade selection, so if these matches your skin tone and you like Mac, try this out, it will save you some $$$.

From left to right:
  • MAC NW30
  • Maybelline shade02
  • MAC NW25

Although in the swatches Maybelline looks yellow, it's actually warmer in real, and it has a peachy undertone.

My Opinion:
This is my 4th Mac foundation, and so far I've tried MAC Studio Sculpt SPF15 Foundation (hate it), MAC Studio Tech Foundation (like it) and Mac Select SPF15 (toss it). I'm not in love with any of these foundation, and I haven't repurchase any of those.

I keep on trying new foundation hoping that I might be able to find "the perfect foundation" for myself, but I'm still searching....

Well I've got Mac Studio Fix Fluid mainly for mixing, because I'm usually a NC30 in the summer and NC25 in the winter, and since most of my foundations are slightly too dark for me in the winter, I got this in NC20 to mix.

I've never been lighter than NC25, but recently I found that most of my foundation were too dark for me, so I got this out and decided to use it alone, and *bam* it was the right shade.....

I was expecting this to be the same as Mac Select SPF15, but have noticed that Studio Fix Fluid has got more coverage and it doesn't oxidizes as much as Mac Studio Fix Fluid. I think I like this foundation but not enough to repurchase.

MAC Studio Stick Concealer

Shade: NC30
Local of Purchase: Discontinued

My Opinion:
I've got this ages ago and it was left at the bottom of my drawer, because i still remember that I've hated it.
I've been using it to cover my undereye circles and it was just too dry, it seems to emphasis all the dry lines around my eyes. I've try using it to cover blemishes and it just cakes up, and makes the blemishes stands out even more.....
I've recently dig it up again and found that it smells really weird, so I've just toss it (no wonder it was discontinues).
