I've needed a clear mascara for my brows, and it has never occured to me that it would be so hard to find one here in Macau.

 

Anyway I found this eyelash treatment at Sasa and have been using it as a brow gel, I've paid nearly US10 for this, and I could have gotten a maybelline clear mascara for half the price in the States, why don't they have it in here????

My Opinion:

I haven't seen too many reviews about this product, and since this is one of my favorites, I thought I would write a review about it.

Although this is a volumizing mascara it didn't add any volume to my lashes, but I did notice some lengthening. This mascara did not smudge/clump/flake on me, and I usually apply two coats of it, but it'll clump if you try to build up.

If you are looking for really big lashes, this is not for you, this is more like my lashes but better.

I've previously reviewed this mascara in a different shade, so for product details please check out my previous post on Dejavu Fiberwig.

Dejavu Fiverwig is still my favorite mascara, but personally I'd prefer black over brown, because I've notice that I need a lot more product (coats) to achieve the same results with the brown mascara.

My Opinion:

I got this mainly because it claims that it'll fortify my lashes, I can't vouch for that because I've only been using it for about a week, and I'm not sure if I'll be using this long enough to see the fortifying effects.

 

I didn't really like this mascara because it clumps, it flakes and it smudges. Usually I only apply one coat of mascara, so you could imagine how surprise I was when I saw clumping...

I've already mention how much I love this mascara on my Dejavu Fiberwig review, and this is just a mini size of the original version that I mainly use on my inner corners and my bottom lashes.

How to use it

1. Comb eyelashes with eyelash brush. Curl up eyelashes with lash curler.
2. Take out the mascara brush. Brush your eyelashes outwards and horizontally. Brush the outer side of eyelashes first then the inner side for curly eyelashes.
3. Apply the second layer if necessary. Reapply after the previous layer dries.
4. Tidy up with eyelash brush.

My Opinion:

I remember that I've mentioned before that I'm not a huge fan of mascara, because it's a pain to apply and misery to remove, but since I've found Fiberwig, I take back whatever I've said about mascara, because now I religiously wear my mascara everyday.

This mascara is just amazing, although I'm still not a huge fan of really thick and long mascara, I like to apply one light coat of this on my lashes and they just look amazing. This thing once dry won't bulge, there was once that I've forgotten that I had mascara on and rub my eyes, it didn't even smudge.

I've read it somewhere that this mascara is buildable and it doesn't clump, but I haven't try this out. Apart from all these, it's really easy to remove it, I can remove this easily with a makeup remover, with no sweat.

My Opinion:
As I've mentioned before, I don't usually wear eyeliner or mascara, and it's a torture for me to apply mascara because I always end up staining my lids or undereye area.

Since I've found this mascara aid, mascara application has never been easier, this gadget will act as a shield and protect the lids or undereye area from staining. The handle is actually a mascara comb that will remove any clumps from application.

Apart from using this with my mascara, I love using it to assist me in tightlining my upper eyes, in one swift motion I can lift up my whole upper eye lid and line it whithout crying, it makes tightlining alot easier.

A final note would be not to buy it in colormix (where I got it for $43), because I found out that you could get it at DAISO fro $10.

Maybelline Unstoppable Lash Extension Mascara

Shade: Dark Brown

This is non waterproof (can't stand removing waterproof formula), but it comes with waterproof as well.

When I've used this on myself I didn't really notice much of a difference, but then I've only applied a single coat on my lashes (personal preference, I don't like to apply multiple coats), but recently I've applied it on someone with shorter lashes, and it really did make a difference. I think It really lengthens the lashes without being clumpy.

My Opinion:

If you have been following my blog, you might have noticed that this is my first mascara review. The reason why I don't review mascara is simple, because I don't use it.

Not only mascara, but eyeliner as well, I just hate taking it off, it is a torture. But recently I've been doing my godmothers makeup, and I've noticed that mascara and eyeliner does make a huge difference, so I've decided to put some effort in it.

The Bodyshop Divide & Multiply Mascara is just a simple mascara (I think is suitable for beginners), although it claims to lenghten your lashes, it didn't do much to mine, but since I was going for the no makeup makeup look, it does the works. But I wouldn't recommend it, because for the price, you could have alot of better alternatives.
