This is a spot primer specially design for touching up dry patches.
You can you it under your eyes, around your mouth or any where in your face that's dry.
The main reason why I've got this product was because the sales lady told me that you I can use it on top of my makeup.
Usually my undereye area gets kinda of dry around midday, so I usually pat this under my eye and reapply my concealer. I usually look better after this procedure....
