My Opinion:

My hair is very badly damaged and normal conditioners never works for me. I always use intensive hair treatment as a conditioner, and this was a trick that my hair stylist taught me. I've seen an actual improvement on my hair texture by using an intensive hair treatment daily but I guess if I stop  chemically treating my hair I might not need this....
