The creamy oil formula, turning into oil upon contact with skin, is easier to use than ordinary oil base cleansers. Deep penetration into pores ensures that makeup and mascara are removed without a trace.

High Density Hydrating Formula GL Collagen Skincare Cream

Make sure your hands and face are dry. Squeeze a cherry-size amount onto your palm and apply to the entire face with gentle rotating strokes until makeup dissolves. Rinse thoroughly with water.

When Creamy Oil Cleansing turns into oil upon contact with skin, makeup has dissolved. Add water to work into an emulsion and then rinse thoroughly.

My Opinion:

This makeup remover has a creamy texture, but once you rub it into your skin it will turn into a oil. It does remove all my makeup, but I'd usually go over my face again with another foam cleanser.
