Product Details: This antioxidant cream targets dark eye circles, puffiness and reduces the visible signs of aging in the delicate eye area. Also contains Green Tea extract and Cucumber extract. Ophthalmologist tested and Fragrance-Free. Formulated with 3% Gluconolactone, 1% Lactobionic acid, Vitamin K, Pro-Vitamin A and Vitamin E.

Direction: Gently apply product to the area around the eye until cream disappears. Use twice daily or as directed by a physician. Daily use of a sunscreen with this product is recommended.

My opinion:

I love neostrata eye products, and I'm a huge fan of Neostrata Eye Cream. Unfortunately most of the online stores has stop shipping neostrata to international address.

Anyway, I ran out of my Neostrata Eye Cream and went to this store near my place and they didn't have what I wanted and recommended the Neostrata Bionic Eye Cream.

After using this for about 2 weeks, I really didn't see much of a difference between these 2 Neostrata eye creams, I think I'm to stick with the old one, at least it is cheaper.
