My Opinion:

I've read it somewhere that toner is not really an essential item in your skincare regime, is just an extra step that doesn't do much to your skin.

Although that's what the experts claims, personally I just love toner, and I use it everyday to:

1. remove all residue that hasn't been removed by the cleanser, for such purpose I usually wet a cotton ball and wipe my face with it;
2. improve the absorption of skincare products, I use a spritzer and spray my face with toner, and while my face is still damp, I apply my serum and toner. I've noticed that all my skincare products aborbs faster/better on damp skin.

我的意見：

記得曾經看過一編文章指爽膚水其實是一個多餘的護膚步驟，爽膚水對皮膚的保養功效不大。雖然如此，小妹仍堅持每天使用爽膚水作以下的用途：

1. 抺去潔面後仍留在面上的污垢，通常潔面後小妺會以爽膚水弄濕一個棉花球再抺面；
2. 用爽膚水弄濕塊面後才搽護膚品，這樣的做法會令皮膚更快吸收你所搽的護膚品。
