Etude House Hair Tools Bang Cut Kit

About 8 months ago I got some straight bangs and found that it requires alot of maintenance, I basically need to trim my bangs every 2 and a half week, and since I don't have that kind of time and money, I've decided to do it myself.

 

After going thru a bunch of youtube videos, I've decided to get this kit and started to trim my own bangs. First off, the scissors sucks, it's so blunt that it takes forever to trim my bangs, so I got rid of it, and gotten a pair of decent scissors.

 

My first attempt took me nearly half an hour to trim 1/2 inch, because after watching so many videos I've learnt that I shouldn't just cut my bangs straight across, but to nip it vertically. However, after a few cuts, I found this technique to be time consuming and I did what I should not, I've cut it straight across, and was left with blunt bangs.

 

Honestly, I kind of liked the final results and have been cutting it straight across every 3 weeks. I think I'll keep on cutting my hair until I'm tired of bangs and want to grow it out.

My Opinion:

This is a very lightly scented body splash, it smells like baby powder and it reminds me of Bvlgari Petits et Mamans, but is not as strong.

This is my bedtime scent, because I like to spray this after shower and right before I go to bed. Since I had this, I went back and got the perfume and shower gel as well, so reviews are coming up soon.

My Opinion:

This smells exactly like banana milk shake and I love it, I just wish that the scent would last longer, because the scent was gone by the time I've towel dry myself.

 

This product mosturizes my skin better than my usual bath and body works or body shop shower gel, I think I'm going to get the other scents as well.

Etude House Blush

I've got this blush ages ago, and I think it has already been discontinued, at least etude house blushes does not comes in this packaging anymore.

 

Honestly, this blush was very coarse and powdery, but somehow I've been loving the shade and have been using it alot this summer.

My Opinion:

I've already written a review for Etude House MiniMe Ms Hot Perfumed Mist (Body & Hair) , which smells exactly the same as this solid perfume (i.e. grape fruit). The reason why I got this as well, was because the mist did not last, and by wearing these 2 items together it seems to last slightly longer (but it still fades within an hour...)

My Opinion:

The box describes this scent as "Body and hair mist with a tropical fruit fragrance", and in my opinion this smells exactly like pink grape fruit (love it). This is a very light fragrance that fades within 15 minutes and since one of the main ingredients is alcohol, I'd definetly won't spray it on my hair.

My Opinion:

I think it is kind of weird to label a product (especially a cleanser) for a determined age group??? but anyway, when I got this product, I wasn't aware of it (everything in the packaging was written in Korean), and if I knew earlier I wouldn't have bought it (I'm not within the recommended age group...)

Back to the review, I was sucked in again because of the scent, and it did actually smell like lemon, although I did not detect any scent of tea, it did smell like a lemon scented toilet freshener...., and apart from this issue, it didn't remove my makeup well, there was still residue of makeup after using this.

My Opinion:

This cleanser didn't break me out, cleanse fairly well, and I didn't feel dry afterwards. I should be satisfy with it, but whenever I use this, the scent reminds me of toilet fresheners, so I guess I won't be buying it again, but I might try the other scents.

Etude Moistfull Massage Mask

Direction:

• For massage: apply gel to face , massage for 2-3 minutes and rinse off with warm water
• For pack: apply ample layer to face, leave on for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with warm water
• For overnight pack: apply ample layer to face, leave on overnight and rinse off in the morning

My Opinion:

It sounds really good to have one product for 3 purposes, but personally i think this is just gimmicks, because the effects are just average. I don't hate it, but I won't be buying it again.
