My Opinion:

I've always wanted to try Clean Fragrances, but was never able to locate it locally, and since most sites won't ship fragrances, I never had the opportunity to try it out.

Last year during a holiday in Finland, I've spotted this in a duty free store and went berserk, I've sniffed every available scent, and decided that the original was my favorite.

This has a clean soapy scent, and when I've first used this, my husband actually asked if I just came out of the shower.

Great scent for the summer, but it doesn't last, about 2 hrs and it needs to reapplied.

Hermes Un Jardin Sur Le Toit

My Opinion：

I've previously tried the Un Jardin Sur Le Nil which is from the same collection and I remember liking it, but I also remember complaining about its longevity. So when I saw this in the store I was kind of sceptical, but the price was really attractive in comparison to what I've paid for my previous bottle, so I cave in.

While Sur Le Nil, has a citrusy scent, this one is really green, it reminds me of green grass and summer. Although I did enjoy the scent, it has the same issues with longevity, it didn't last on me, it has started to fade after about an hour and it was all gone by midday.

My Opinion:

This is a very lightly scented body splash, it smells like baby powder and it reminds me of Bvlgari Petits et Mamans, but is not as strong.

This is my bedtime scent, because I like to spray this after shower and right before I go to bed. Since I had this, I went back and got the perfume and shower gel as well, so reviews are coming up soon.

I have to admit that I got this mainly because of the bottle, and when I've first sniffed it, it kind of reminded me of Fantasy Britney Spears, which I used to like but recently has been giving me headaches after wearing it for about an hour.

 

After wearing this for awhile, I've noticed that it dries down to a muskier scent, and definetly more mature than Fantasy. I kind of like the scent, but I'm not crazy about it.

 

 

 

Bath and Body Works Cool Citrus and Basil Body Splash

My Opinion:

 

I couldn't find this product at the Bath and Body Work's webpage, so I guess it has been discontinued, but since I'm not in love with this scent and B&B has got so many different scents, I don't really mind.

 

Back to the scent, this smells clean and fresh, but as I'd mentioned before, I'm not in love with it, I'll finish my bottle, but even if they still carry this product I don't think I'll be repurchasing.

My Opinion:

 

I finally found "The Summer scent", I've previously tried the 2011 Burberry Summer Scent and didn't like it, and out of curiosity, I've tried this new scent when I saw it in the stores.

 

Although most of the notes are identical for these 2 fragrances, the 2013 smells alot more citrusy, and fresh. This scent would last me for about 4 hours, which is the longest that I've found for this summer, and since it is a limited edition I'm debating whether I should pick up another bottle before it runs out.

My Opinion:

Since I've finished my bottle of Apparition Pink Emanuel Ungaro , I've been searching for "the perfect summer fragrance", I've never really been fussy with fragrances, but somehow this summer none of my fragrances seems to smell "right", they either give me headaches or they just won't last.

 

My latest acquisition is the Fleur de Lys, I've never heard of Princesse Marina de Bourbon, but I told the saleslady that I wanted something "clean and fresh" and this was recommended. This fragrance did meet my requirements, and it reminded me of a mixture of green and soap.

 

Although it did smell right it didn't last, it fades into nothing in 1-2 hours, does anyone have any suggestions for me, I'm kind of tired searching.

I swear that this was the perfect scent when I've tried it in the store, but somehow it didn't smell the same on me, it might have been the chemistry, and the scent is really starting to annoy me. Luckily this scent was so weak that about half and hour later it has faded into nothing.

This fragrance smells nothing fruity, I've only detected a bunch of flowery scent. Although I'm not a huge fan of floral scents, it's bearable and it will work for me during the summer, it feels fresh, but it doesn't last.

I got this mainly because I was in a sweetness craze last winter, and this fragrance smells really sweet and it lasts fairly well. I'll say that this is more of a winter fragrance and as the weather is getting warmer I just can't stand it. I guess I'll have to wait for the winter to use it again.

My Opinion:

This fragrance has got all of my favorite scents bergamot, guava, orange blossom, vanilla. I've tried it in the store and fell in love it.  Unfortunately I've been wearing it for about a week and it has started to give me headaches....

When I got this fragrance it came with a free body lotion, but since I don't use body lotion I gave it to my mum, and I think I'm going to give her the fragrance as well

Most of my readers must be aware that I've been in a Vanilla Frenzy for the last 2 winter, and here is another Vanilla scented fragrance that I've added to my collection.

While I was browsing at SASA, I've found this bottle and was unable to believe that it costs only HK$38 (which is about US$5), honestly I was abit skeptical, but luckly they had a tester there, and after trying it out I got it. Just like my Body Fantasies Vanilla Fantasy, it smells exactly like Vanilla, but I think this one is sweeter, and it lasts longer. I only spritz it in the morning, and I can still smell it in the evening.

For the past 2 winter, I've been loving vanilla scented stuffs, and I got this in a drugstore during my last trip to Japan.

 

I've got a bunch of vanilla fragrance and this is by far my favorite, because it smells exactly like vanilla and although it is a body spray it has lasted a good 6 hours on me. I just wish they have this in HK, because I'm already halfway down my bottle and I need a back up.

 

If you are in the States I think this is available at CVS or Kmart.

I got this fragrance last year, and although it claims to be a man fragrance I've been using it frequently during the summer. For the summer I usually prefer something fresh, clean and light, but those fragrances usually do not last more than a few hours on me, since this one was targeted for men, I was hoping that it might last longer than my other fragrances, unfortunately it started to fade after about 2 hours.

I was having a Vanilla craze for several months, but I guess I'm over it and back to being a citrus freak. This is a light citrus scent that starts fading after 1-2 hour, I wish that it would last longer but I still think that this is a great scent for the hot summer days.

I love this scent, it smells really clean and fresh, I just wish they would last longer, because like all other Demeter's fragrance that I've tried, they do not last, and I have to keep on reapplying over the day.
