My Opinion:

 

A few years ago, everybody was raving about this BB cream, and seriously I don't know why I've never try this out earlier.

 

Anyway, I was having really high expection, and was very dissapointed with the performance.

 

This is a low coverage BB cream, that's suitable for combo skin (definetly not for someone with really oily skin), and  all it did was even out my skin tone. I guess if you are someone with really good skin you might like it, but honestly it didn't do much for me.

This stuff did not break me out, so in order not to waste it, I've been topping this with a powder foundation in order to increase coverage and so far it has been working fine, but I don't think I'll be repurchasing.

My Opinion:

 

This is a richer bb cream that's better suited for someone with dry skin. I had this in the winter, but the shade was too dark (I was about NC20), so I've waited to try this out again in the summer but it was still too rich.

I've also noticed that this stuff does not provide much coverage and it does oxidize, so in order to make this work, I've been mixing it with my MAC Studio Fix Fluid SPF15 in NC20. It works now and I'll try to finish what I have but I won't be repurchasing.

My Opinion:

 

I've always used Asian BB creams, because I've read enough negative reviews about Westerns BB creams being nothing more than a tinted moisturizer.

 

Recently I've noticed alot of bloggers recommending the Garnier BB cream, and since I've really enjoyed the Garnier's products that I've tried before, I've decided to give this a go.

The main reason why I don't favor tinted moisturizer is because they feel heavy on the skin, doesn't give me enough coverage, and for most of the time the shade is just wrong.

Imagine how surprise I was when I've actually liked this product. This feels really light on the skin and it has enough tint to even out my skin tone. I had the Asian version of this BB Cream which only comes in one shade and is oil free, luckily the color was perfect for my skin tone (currently on MAC NC20).

My Opinion:

 

I had this product for quite some time and I have noticed in holika's webpage that they come in a different container now, and I'm not sure if they still have the same formula.

It took me so long to review this product, because I'm just unable to decide if I like it or not. Let's see, I love the texture and the coverage (low), it evens out my skin tone, it feels very watery and light on the skin and it smells amazing, a really clean scent, but what I don't like about it, is that it doesn't blend when my skin is not at its best.

When my skin is hydrated and exfoliated it looks amazing, otherwise it won't blend, it would look like a layer of product on top of my skin and it clings to any dry patches, please note that I don't even have dry skin.

Another issue would be the amount of product to apply, you really need to try it out yourself, because if you apply too much it would look cakey, this is not a buildable product.

Skin 79 BB Miniature Set

I've always wanted to try Skin79 BB Creams, but I couldn't makeup my mind which one to pick, so when I saw this package in Mannings during X'mas, I had to have it.

Better suited for the summer or for someone with oily skin, mid coverage, my favorite formula in this package.

This one is slightly more hydrating than the previous one, but with less coverage.

My Opinion:

Although I still have a bunch of BB creams that needs to be finished, I still ran out to get this after watching bubz summer loving video. (If I ever want to use up my ever increasing makeup collection, I really do need to stay away from youtube and makeupalley....)

The Sana BB cream has a very light texture, which I think works really well for the summer, but it doesn't really cover that well, and I still need my concealer. Since this is advertised to cover pores, I was kind of dissapointed, because it didn't work any better than my other BB creams.

My Opinion:

This is a low coverage bb cream, that will even out your skin tone, but won't cover much. I think this would be suitable for someone will dull skin, because it seems to be adding some glow into my skin.

However, since this only comes in one shade, it might be really hard to color match. In terms of MAC I'm about NC25 now, and this seems to run a bit light on me, so I need to go over it with a powder everytime I use it.

My Opinion:

This is my favorite BB cream, because BB cream is really hard to color match, they usually come in really light shades and the color selection is really sparse. I think that The M Watery BB Cream only comes in one shade, and it matches me really well in the summer (NC30). Unfortunetly this has been discontinued, and I think it has been replaced by the M Shiny BB Cream (haven't try that out yet).

Recently I went to Thailand for holidays and I only brough this with me (no foundation), because you can apply it with your fingers and you are good to go. It feels very light and it has a high SPF factor great for travelling.

I would recommend this to any one with fairly good skin because this will even out your skin tone, but won't cover any thing, you'll still need your concealer.

My opinion:

If you guys read my review on skinfood bb cream, you would know that I'm not a huge friend of skingfood bb cream, mainly because their shades are just not right for me.

Anyway, I was persuaded again by the saleslady to get this (I got this ages ago, and I don't think this is available anymore), and was told that I could keep this in my bag and use it for touch up.

Conclusion: wrong shade and never use it....

Apply as a foundation or as a base before your foundation

My Opinion:

I like using BB cream, especially when I'm in a hurry, you don't need any technique to apply it (I apply it like a face cream), there's no blending or anything like that.

My only complain about Skin food BB cream is their shade selection, it only comes in 2 shades (#1 light skin and #2 Natural)

I've got both tubes in Shade 1, but the Gingko one is a lot lighter than the Aloe one. As a NC25, Gingko shade 1 is too light for me, while the aloe one is still a bit light.
