LUX Super Damage Repair Intensive Hair Mask

Contents: 200g
Local of Purchase: Mannings
Price HK$59.90

Ingredients: Water, glycerin, stearyl alcohol, cetyl palmitate, dimethicone, stearamidopropyl dimethylamine, behentorimonium chloride, cetrimonium chloride, argania spinosa kernel oil, mineral oil, arginine, lysine HCL, lactic acid, glutamic acid, amodimethicone, C12-14 sec-pareth-7, C12-14 sec-pareth-5, methyl cyclodextrin, hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin, DPG, PG, PEG-7 propylheptyl ether, PEG-180M, PEG-150 stearyl alcohol/smdl copolymer, disodium EDTA, phenoxyethanol, iodopropynl butylcarbamate, methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone, fragrance, fd&c yellow no.5, d&c red no.33, fd&c blue no.1.

My opinion:

I've really liked it when I've first started with this hair mask, it was a bit more nourishing than my Tsubaki Damage Care, and it did slightly weighted down my hair, so I've only been using this once a week.

About half way thru the tub, I had a hair disaster, my hair was badly damage from a Brazilian Blowout (long story), and this did nothing to help.....

I've ended up chopping 4 inches off, and still trimming my bangs weekly to get rid of the damaged hair. In the process of rescuing my hair, I've concluded that this product only works for fairly healthy hair that might be slightly dry but without much damage.

Lux Super Rich Shine Crystal Diamond Tube Treatment

Contents: 190g
Price: HK$49.90
Local of Purchase: Mannings

My Opinion:
I think this is the 4th product from the Lux Super Rich Shine series that I've tried, and so far this brand has really grown on me. I've liked everything that I've tried and I'm still trying out new things to test out my limits.
As usual nothing from this brand comes in english so I could only give you my humble opinion.
This was an accidental purchase, I was expecting to get a deep hair treatment and ended getting this weird product. It says at the back of the package to use it after conditioner and leave it on for 2 minutes than rinse it off, it is suppose to repair damage hair.
Well I don't have time for 2 conditioners, so I've just skip conditioner and use this in it's place, and was suprise that it did actually work, this is definetly more nourishing than your average conditioner, but not as nourishing as a hair mask. It does work for me on a daily basis, but as I've mentioned on my previous posts I do not use normal conditioner, I always use a hair masks or deep hair treatment as a conditioner (I have seriously damaged hair).

Lux Super Damage Repair Shampoo

Contents: 500ml
Price: HK$49.90
Local of Purchase: Watsons

My Opinion:

I've tried googling for this product, but was unable to come up with anything in English, Is this product available in the States? I know that I've read from someone else's blog that this product is available in Hawaii, but don't quote me. Anyway I love this shampoo, because it cleanses while leaving my hair soft and smooth, I think I'm tempted to try out other hair care products from this range.

Lux Super Damage Repair Black Diamond Energy Supply Essence

Contents: 100ml
Price: HKD49.90

My Opinion:

This is a life saver product for me, while I was on holiday in Guam I forgot to bring my set of hair treatment products and was freaking out worrying about what would happen to my hair after I wash it.

The only hair product that I had with me was the Lux essence, and after washing my hair, I've smooth 1 squirt (more than this will leave my hair greasy) over my towel dry hair, and on the next day my hair was still manageble. Note: I have oily but really damage curly hair, a product that's too rich will flatten my hair while a product that's not rich enough will leave my hair unmanageable.

容量: 100ml
價錢: HKD49.90

Lux Super Rich Shine Shampoo

Contents: 200ml
Price: HKD25.90

Ingredients: water, sodium laureth sulfate, glycol distearate, cocamidopropyl betaine, dimethiconol, sodium chloride, hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, hydrolyzed conchiolin protein, oleic acid, arginine, trehalose, gluconolactone, ammonium carbonate, guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, ppg-7, carbomer, tea-dodecylbenzenesulfonate, citric acid, triethanolamine, butylene glycol, laureth-23, bht, sodium hydroxide, disodium edta, magnesium nitrate, sodium benzoate, methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone, fragrance, caramel

My Opinion:

I've got this at the beginning of the year, and it was left in the shelf after using it once. I found that it weights down my hair, and I didn't like it.

After my trip from Bangkok, my hair was really dry (it has never been this dry, and trust my it was bad), I have rediscovered this little bottle and have been using it everyday. It leaves my hair soft without being greasy, and since my hair was so dry, I didn't encounter the previous issues.

This is out of the topic, but I would like to mention that this isn't a miracle product, I still had to chop off 2 inches of my hair.
