Instructions:

Scoop a small amount out of the and smooth over clean, dry hands and nails. Massage gently and allow to absorb fully. Do not rinse off.

My opinion:

I've been using this product for 3 years, and this is something that I always have it at home. During winter I like to apply it to my hands and feet, and if I'm my hands are really dry, I'll apply it and wear a pair of gloves overnight. It keeps my hands soft.
